Hikvision DS-PDP18-EG2 Wired Indoor PIR Motion Detector
The Hikvision DS-PDP18-EG2 is a reliable wired indoor PIR motion detector designed for professional intrusion alarm installations. It provides a long 18m detection range with an 85.9° detection angle, making it suitable for larger indoor spaces such as offices, shops, hallways, reception areas, storerooms and residential interiors.
Using passive infrared detection, the DS-PDP18-EG2 detects movement accurately while helping reduce false alarms through digital temperature compensation, sealed optics and adjustable sensitivity. It also supports automatic sensitivity adjustment, allowing the detector to perform reliably in changing indoor conditions.
The detector operates on 9V to 16V DC, with standard 12V DC alarm system compatibility. It includes front tamper protection and supports onboard EOL resistance configuration, making it practical for professional wired alarm panel installations. With optional pet immunity support of up to 10kg when used with the optional pet mask, it is also suitable for selected pet-friendly environments.
