The X5S NVR is designed to manage large-scale videos generated from security needs. In addition to a storage capacity that can be expanded to 8TB², the X5S also receives data and video files from up to 8 connected Wi-Fi cameras³ at the same time.
No detail is overlooked
Connecting the X5S to an additional monitor offers even more convenience for multi-camera viewing – the user can display the footages collected by all connected cameras simultaneously on one screen. It supports up to 3K resolution for live or history videos, so you’ll hardly miss a thing.
Use H.265 to store and play large files efficiently
The X5S uses the H.265 video technology to compress high-resolution video files while maintaining the same video quality and smooth viewing experience for playbacks. You won’t have to worry about large video files taking up too much of your storage space or being too big to load fast – the H.265 technology reduces their sizes by up to 50%¹ and requires only 50% of the bandwidth when compared to H.264.
