The IDS OPTEX Xwave2 FLIPX Wireless Indoor Sensor is a versatile indoor motion detector designed for reliable intrusion detection in residential and light commercial environments. Featuring OPTEX’s innovative rotatable FLIPX lens, the sensor can be configured for either wide-area coverage or narrow, long-range detection, giving installers greater flexibility on site.

With coverage of up to 12m wide at 85° or 18m narrow at 5°, the FLIPX sensor adapts easily to rooms, passages, entrances, and other indoor areas. Its spherical lens design and advanced pyroelectric sensing technology help deliver stable, accurate detection, while the wireless Xwave2 compatibility makes it ideal for clean, cable-free installations. The sensor supports mounting heights from 2.0m to 3.0m and includes a red LED alarm indicator for walk testing and activation feedback.
